TIPS:
A. Bust:
Measure around your body, under your arms and over the fullest part of your bust. Remember to keep the measuring tape comfortably loose.

B. Waist
Hold measuring tape at your natural waistline. Remember to keep the measuring tape comfortably loose.

C. Hips:
Measure around the fullest part of your body, placing the tape about midway between your crotch and belly button. Keep the tape comfortably loose.

Please measure in below way to ensure you found the best fit, and prepare a flexible measuring tape.

Bust
Lay your garment flat and measure from the left underarm seam to the right underarm seam.  It's important to ensure the garment is flatted

Waist
Lay your garment flat and measure the narrowest part of the body from the left seam to the right seam. It's important to ensure the garment is flatted

Length
Please measure different style according to below guidance:

Skirts - Measure from side seam of the waist down to the hem 

Dresses - Measure from top shoulder seam down to the hem. Where the hem is like a hanky hem or asymmetrical style, you have to take two measurements, the first one is the shorter size and the second is the longer side.

Strapless style dress, measurement should be taken from underarm to hem. 

Stretchable apparels, measurement of both stretched and unstretched condition should be taken.
