3. Do you have any showroom where I can try and check on the products?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our showroom in New Territory, Hong Kong. As it is also our delivery center, so appointment in advance would be appreciated.
4. Can I purchase directly from your showroom?
Orders must be placed online on Cosmo-mall.com. You might arrange your local forwarder to take your ordered items directly from our showroom, but delivery charge will be imposed.
5. How is the quality of your clothes?
Our products quality is good with strict quality control. Our products are imitated from fashion magazines with over 90% similar to photo presented.
6. How often do you add new style to your line?
We frequently update our online catalogs almost weekly to bring you the best fashion trend. That met our goal to bring retailers the latest products available. You will find Cosmo-mall.com is a dynamic online fashion store.
7. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer 10% off with order over US$1,000.00 and 20% off with order over US$2,000.00.
8. What the suggested retail price would be?
The regular mark-up of our wholesale item can range from 50% to 300%. For example, you would buy a fashion dress with wholesale price US$8.00, and you can re-sell it at US$32.00 (with 300% mark-up). But we highly recommend that you don't re-sell it with less than 50% mark-up to protect your profit.
According to our internal statistical data, the mark-up retail price is determinable by different country / region / selling point / market strategies / target customers. For example, some of our client is retailing the same product at US$4X.00 in boutique located at Daikanyama, Tokyo while another client come from Thailand is retailing at US$1X.00 in her country local market.
9. Do you have any minimum order quantity requirements?
Yes, we set minimum order requirement with US$100.00 (net products price with no shipping costs included) per each order, with any combination of designs and quantities. It's absolutely flexible!
10. How to choose suitable size of items?
Over 90% of our clothes are free size. All of the measurements of the free size items are provided in product description for reference. We also offer sizable items which are sized at Asian small / medium / large. Most of our apparels are designed for form-fitting and tight fit cutting with considerable stretch. Most of our apparels are tailored for junior to petite adult women (similar to model in photos)
11. Do you carry special size?
No. We don’t carry special size. But most of our apparels are made with Spandex (a highly elastic material). For further details, our size chart can assist you to fix the correct size.
12. How to calculate the shipping rate? And why the shipping rate is sometimes flowing?
The shipping rate is calculated by Hong Kong EMS postage system based on weight/capacity. Please be reminded the shipping rate is charged based on weight. So, winter clothes will usually have more expensive shipping costs than that of the same number of summer style due to thicker material used.
13. What are the accepted payment methods?
We accepted payment through paypal, western union, telegraphic transfer (over U$400.00) and local chats transfer. We will not bear any bank charges and parcels custom fees / import duties.
14. Are all of display items in stock?
